Services

Plans4Planning will measure your property and prepare your plans using CAD technology.

Site survey
We will visit your and undertake a measured survey complete with photographs and discuss your proposal with you. This will take a couple of hours.

Design
We will prepare plans of your existing and design proposals for further discussion and approval. These normally will be published by way of email.

Payment
Normally we do not take payment until you have approved your scheme.

Publication
We will print your plans on A1 paper and provide you with 2 copies. These will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class post.

Amendments
Plans4Planning will act as your Agent for your planning application, this means your council will contact us directly with any queries they might have. We will undertake at no cost minor amendments to the submission should they be called for.
