When do I pay for the plans?
When the design and the production of the plans are
complete and ready for submission.
Does Plans4Plannig guarantee planning
permission?
One cannot presume what a planning Officer or Planning
committee will adjudicate in any submission, however we will undertake at no
cost minor amendments to the submission should they be call for.
Do I require building regulation plans?
No, you can commence your building work on a building
notice which would require a Building Control Officer to inspect the work at key
stages and sign them off.
Does Plans4Planning offer building
regulation plans for building control?
Plans4Planning can take your planning approval through
building regulation control if required. Alternatively we can pass the project
to a company or person of your choice.
